Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged in shipping, we will happily process a replacement provided that it is reported within 72 hours of delivery. Our products are handmade and 100% natural, so they will have slight variations from batch to batch and some naturally-occurring defects that will have no adverse effect on the performance of the product but may be purely cosmetic.
Dirty Boots Farm, LLC is not responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for replacements, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of any returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
